Can I retrieve past or future weather information?
We would love to do that as well. Once we have enough subscribers to cover the cost of retrieving past and future weather information, we will develop it for you. At the moment, we can only retrieve real-time weather information based on your current latitude or longitude details.
I am having problems with my subscription and would like to request a refund.
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us to see how we can help, or you may proceed to submit your refund request.
